My husband and I had a realtor for the house we were selling that we were living in, that we were very unhappy with. Basically, we felt that she just put a sign out front, took a picture and put it in the MLS and forgot about it. We could never get anything but her voice mail and our messages would be returned a few days later. She would not do open houses or virtual tours on realtor.com because in her opinion, houses didn’t sell that way. She told us the market was just slow, and that we may have to wait a year.

We decided to use somebody else for a second house we had to sell. I did some research on the internet and was most impressed with George Brunton’s presentation on his website. I decided to call him and right away he answered (no voice mail!) I told him what I was looking for and we made an appointment to meet (at my convenience, not his.) George met me and I could see that he’d done his homework on the property and the area. I decided to hire him right there and I’m really glad I did.

Everything George promised, he delivered. He took beautiful pictures of the house and made a beautiful presentation in both pictures and words for the fliers and the MLS / Realtor.com. While I was at work, he staged it! And the house sold in 3 days! Not only did it see in 3 days, but we had 3 offers in one night, and we took the highest, which was the full asking price!

We decided to fire our Realtor(R) for the house we were living in, which had had no activity for 2 months, and use George. Our Realtor(R) was not happy and gave us a very hard time, which made us want her even less. Luckily, George talked to her and agreed to her demands, just to help us out, a percentage of the sale if she left, which to our relief she did. Right away, George put in a virtual tour and fliers that were beautiful. We found out through comps that our house was over priced, and we began to have open houses. This house did take 3 months to sell, but through it, we did have 3 offers that fell through because of the buyer’s loan status. Luckily, George did not have us take it off the market so we did not loose time while waiting for the loan status reports before accepting their offers. We sold the house the day before we had planned to move back east.

Besides the end results, that our houses were sold quickly, I never had a time when I got George’s voice mail. He always answered. He kept us informed daily, including telling us how many hits we’d had on Realtor.com, what was selling or not selling in our area and how much, always doing open houses, redoing flyers or taking more pictures to make it look better, but most of all, always being there to erasure us during our stressful times, and always asking us, daily, what he could do to help us.

I always felt and know that I could trust George 100%. George gives 100% and he is very good at what he does, which is a hard combination to find.

Both George and Cheryl have attained CTM level of Toastmasters. George is a past chapter President. Not to be outdone, Cheryl is the past-President of the Phoenix Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, where she received national recognition for her accomplishments as President. Cheryl has also held offices in the Arizona National Day of Prayer, Toastmasters and her church sunday school. She has been honored with the Award of Excellence by the City of Phoenix.

In the arena of real estate, Mr. Brunton has earned the National Realtor Association’s GRI designation, which in itself requires at least twice the training of an Arizona real estate agent. He also has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. He has more than four times the minimum real estate training required for a real estate agent in the state of Arizona. This training has earned the MRE. Also the ePRO designation is a course to have internet competence.

Mr. Brunton has proven his ability in the arena of training as a trainer for the National Association of Realtors(R) and is working with Arizona Saves and Neighborhood Housing Services in crisus budget management.
